Challenge

Using our relationships and word of mouth, we located a British expat with close family connections eagerly waiting to be rekindled. With the clock ticking, we then had to find a way to get in touch with her family member overseas who we could fly over covertly for the surprise visit.

From arranging a staged sit-down session at the director’s studio to managing constant communication with family members, dealing with missing paperwork, passport issues and arranging flights, this campaign was steeped in unpredictability. With everyone on the edge of their seat until the final emotional homecoming, our hero expat was brought into a studio and then surprised by her sister from the UK walking in the door during the interview. Hugs and tears followed!
